Fall 2013

September 2013
The big news this month was that Caroline started preschool!  While she can't really tell us how it is going she does seem to really enjoy it.

This month we also said goodbye to my grandmother (my dad's mom).  She was 97 years old!  How amazing is that?! We had a lovely time celebrating her life with family (26 of us!).  Phil had to work in Baltimore the week before her funeral so Caroline and I went up with him and spent a few days in Baltimore.  She and I got to visit the Baltimore Aquarium!

You will also notice this month how much Caroline loves her friends :)

Hehehe I ate that whole bowl of spaghetti.

Look at that big girl sitting like a lady with a napkin in her lap!

Practicing sitting on the potty.

I swear she is hugging her here not strangling her!

This one is for you Grandpa!
(He sold International Harvester Farming Equipment for 40 years)

Sometimes love hurts Daddy.
Crazy morning hair!

November

Caroline loves to mop, sweep, rake, dust etc.  What a great little helper!  She is also really into putting diapers on her stuffed animals.  This includes pretending to take the poop to the toilet and dropping it in.

Multitasking

cheesiest smile ever

Loves her stuffed animals and baby dolls.

Unkie Jon!

She loves to carry out all the balls from the garage and roll them down the driveway.

Papa and Grandma are silly.

Swinging with Yaya!

Decorating cookies.  She knew what to do without us ever showing her.

Kisses for Aunt Amy.

Cousins!

More cousins!

Our fall was full of fun family memories.  The aquarium, the State Fair, apple picking, pumpkin patch, playdates with friends, and quality time with loved ones. Overall we have felt amazingly blessed to have the people we have in our lives.  Most of all we feel blessed to have Caroline.

Love,

Megan
